Itacaré is known to be one of THE best places to surf in all of Brazil. There are countless beaches and breaks to choose from - for the complete beginner to the most experienced of the experienced! All year round. We are proud to be working with one of the best surf instructors in Itacaré, a native Bahian, born in Itacaré, who happens to also speak perfect English!

We have one day intensive courses for those who already know the basics of the surfing, or those who just want to have a bit of fun. But for beginners who are keen to discover the real magic of surfing we recommend a course of at least three days. In the three day course you will learn about the theoretical and practical side of surfing. And by the end of it, you WILL be surfing!

Generally on the first day the student learns to position themselves on the board and to remain standing some seconds. On the second day you will continue practicing this, standing up for longer and with better positioning on the board. By the third day we usually go to the beaches of Pontal; long, deserted beaches with strong and extensive waves - perfect for surfing with long-boards. Note: Our lessons are flexible, but very dependent upon local conditions and tides.

Duration of each lesson: 2 hours.

Includes: rash-vest, board, leash and wax.

Pick-up/Return: Depends on the tides and conditions... you will be advised the day before.
